Exterior Change Approval Process

Any exterior change that requires board approval (reference CC&R 3.15, etc.) MUST be submitted to the board.

A reasonable amount of time will be given for the board to consider the request.

1. Three board members must meet with the homeowner(s) to review the plans.
    
2. A building permit (if necessary) must be obtained from the City of Black Diamond.

Violations

A lien of up to $5000 will be levied against any lot that makes exterior changes without board approval for exterior changes that require board approval.
