Homeowner's Dues

Homeowner's Dues are $148.00 annually and payable in the following two methods:

1. Pay in full, $148, due by Feb 1st

2. Pay in two payments

•     $74 due by January 31st
•     $74 due by July 1st

Invoices are delivered to each household in January and again in June to households still owing.

** A one time late payment penalty of fifteen percent (15%) and interest of eighteen percent (18%) per annum (1.5% monthly) will be charged starting on February 1st for all outstanding balances.

Please notify the board if you do not receive an invoice.

Please notify the board when a sale is complete on your home so that we have the proper escrow information for settling of homeowner dues owed thru escrow and so that we may welcome our new neighbors.
