HOA Dues are OVERDUE

Homeowners,
 
According to the rules of the CC&Rs of Morgan Creek, your yearly homeowner dues must either be paid in full, or a half payment by February 1st.  The Board has decided to extend a "grace" period of two weeks without penalties.  We encourage you to please send your payment right away to avoid late fees.  If you are experiencing extenuating financial problems, or if you are in the process of selling, please advise us.
 
All accounts that we have received no payments from will incur penalties and interest as of 2/22/2008.
